As Kailh's Knowledge Series was getting ready to wrap up, the idea was born to make a special project for the Knowledge Series, to continue the creativity of the Knowledge Series into the keycaps, so we found zomoplus to work together to accomplish this.
Founded in November 2017 in Shenzhen, China, zomoplus adheres to Shenzhen Design, China Manufacturing to produce personalized keycaps with diverse designs. (Hereinafter all referred to as ZOMO)
As soon as the idea of collaboration was proposed, Kailhj and ZOMO were inspired by the same idea, both thought of making a micro-landscape with an equal scale down model of the Knowledge series of axes to show the different colors of the seasons.
The high degree of tacit understanding between the two sides made this project go very smoothly. Thus, the idea of Knowledge Series Four Seasons keycaps can be officially met with you today! Soon we will bring the beauty of the four seasons to your keyboard.
1. Production process:
The scene of the keycap is molded by 3D printing technology, 12K precision 3D printer 724 layer by layer printing, free from the limitations of the mold, making the overall shape more vivid and three-dimensional. By the experienced hand painted by the hand painted, a stroke outlined lifelike.
High transparency of the sealing layer selection of imported 3D printing epoxy resin, with wear-resistant + oxidation-resistant properties, after the anti-salt spray test, its resistance to yellowing performance is far more than the handmade drip glue keycaps.
The material is green and environmentally friendly, non-formaldehyde, non-toxic and non-benzene, the keycaps are protected from oxidization and erosion from daily use for a long time.
The ZOMO team has tried several methods to finally achieve semi-automated, standardized and mass production of this 3D printed Four Seasons Landscape miniature keycaps. The final molding temperature of the keycaps is as high as 126 degrees Celsius during the production process, and any slight deviation will result in deformation and bubbles. The exquisite shape you see now is the product of overcoming countless technological hurdles. Bubble control, overall transparency, refractive deflection effect of the three major difficulties, as well as other process difficulties, one by one to overcome before getting this set of four seasons of picturesque keycaps.
2. Landscape design:

Keycaps are compatible with all kinds of cross shaft centers, Kaihua BOX switch, MX switch and other kinds of domestic cross shaft centers. You can choose to place a single one, or you can combine your four seasons scenery on the keyboard.
