30-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At KAILH, we want to ensure that you have a comfortable and confident shopping experience. That's why we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition within 30 days from the delivery date, provided that you contact us within this timeframe.
Return & Exchange Conditions
Please note that items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
The return or exchange must be initiated within 30 days from the date you received the original order.
All items must be returned in their original condition, without any scratches or signs of wear, and must not have been resized or altered in any way.
When returning or exchanging items, please use a shipping method that provides tracking. Returns or exchanges without tracking will not be processed.
The goods must be accompanied by all original labels.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer will be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the chosen shipping company. Apart from the shipping fee, no additional fees are required.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer will not be required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Reasonable returns include cases where the color, style, pattern, material, function, or workmanship does not match the description.
Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return according to the law.
Please Note: Do not send your return to the address on the package, as it is not our return address and may affect the processing of your return.
RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS
Step 1: Initiate your return/exchange
Contact us at sales12@kailh.com, providing your order number. Our customer service representatives will assess your eligibility for refunds or exchanges and provide you with a "Return & Exchange" authorization.
Step 2: Ship the product back
Once our customer service has approved your request and provided you with our return/exchange address, please initiate the return/exchange within 3 working days by following our instructions. It is recommended to use a shipping method that provides tracking information and requires a signature for confirmation of delivery. If the item to be returned/exchanged is shipped without a tracking number, the customer will be liable if the item is lost during transit, and no refund will be issued.
Step 3: Refund or exchange
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item within 3-5 working days and proceed with either a replacement for an exchange or a refund.
RETURN COST
We do not charge any additional fees for the return procedure. You can initiate a return without incurring any extra charges.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days after we have received, inspected, and confirmed the returned item.
Please Note: While you may have enjoyed free or discounted shipping, we incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund the original shipping cost.
WARRANTY POLICY
The product has been used for more than 30 days. What should I do if something goes wrong?
All quality-related defects in products directly sold by KAILH are covered by a comprehensive warranty for one year from the date of purchase. To claim the warranty, you must provide proof of purchase and a description of the product problem.
Please follow the procedure below:
- Buyers must provide sufficient proof of purchase.
- KAILH will document the troubleshooting process initiated by the buyer.
- The defective item's serial number and visible evidence describing the defect are required.
- The item may need to be returned for quality inspection.
- If KAILH needs to return the defective item, the customer must ensure that the correct item is returned. Failure to return the defective item or returning the wrong item will invalidate the warranty for the replacement item.
TIPS: Valid proof of purchase includes:
- Order number and proof of purchase from an online purchase through KAILH.
Please note that processing a warranty claim may require more than one type of proof of purchase, such as a remittance receipt and confirmation of the original shipping address of the item.
Not covered by the warranty:
- Insufficient proof of purchase.
- Items beyond the warranty period.
- Non-quality related issues.
- Problems causedby free products and third-party repairs.
- Damage from external sources.
- Damage caused by improper use of the product.
